Mochahost; I found this company when I really need a good cheap company with great offers and support. I saw impressive reviews about mochahost and decided to take a chance with it. And amazingly, I found that it was the most cheapest and best web host I have ever hosted my life on. Their SUPPORT is the best among the hosting industries online. You only have to wait for 1 hour until your hosting account get's setup....but after that, you are ready to get your site online. They are the first to offer both Fantastico DE LUXE and Softaculous (Free Script Installers) together. Their Server Uptime is quite great. Once my site went down, and I quikly informed the technical support of this. My sites were up within 10 mins!
Perfect at a great price
The Java Business Plan + Shared VM plan satisfies my needs completely. I use it for a small business site and for personal use. The included SVN comes in handy for my software engineering study projects and other stuff. cPanel is properly set up and does its job very well. The server is not always the fastest and has had a few downtimes but that's alright for that unbeatable price.

what i experience with Mochahost
The customers support are good in Mocha Host specially the online chat it gives you a answers if your in a hurry, but one thing i would like to point out is i had a couple of server down experience with mocha host.

I had been using Mocha2 reseller plan for windows as well as linux. I'd strong recommend everyone to join Mocha for their needs. May it be Windows or Linux and may it be reseller of VPS. Their support is quick, usually respond in 4 hours. On the top of that, they follow up with you themselves to see if they had been able to answer queries or resolve any difficulties.
Uptime had been 100% for first 8 months. Although for any month, it never came below 99.9% which is great. They also take care that your web application gets due processor slice and not being compromised by any resource extensive website.
So yea, mocha rocks :)

As a web developer (asp.net), I've been using Mochahost to run my business and show preview to clients with excellent satisfaction so far.

They are not 100% uptime
i have seen 3-7 downtimes in there server from last 1 year , they claim to be 100% uptime , but htey are not , otherwise they are ok with everything else.

Great Service, Support, and Pricing
I am extremely satisfied with the services of Mocha Host. Particularly with their low downtime, price wise, unlimited space, prompt tech support and integration with VAS like Google ad-words etc. I have not been able to find a similar service at such a competitive rate from any other US hosting provider.

I must admit that Mocha is providing a very affordable price with excellent customer support and features.
All what I don't like is "availability", they continuously have down times for prolonged periods (Maybe once monthly or every 2 months and for some times it remains for 10 hours). It happens some times that they are not aware there is a problem at the first place.
That's fine if you are hosting your personal site or a blogger but of course not if you are running a business.

The support team is very good. In most of cases the ticket is resolved in just some minutes. I am a customer for a year and never needed to call them, I started about 5 five tickets and all of them had been resolved quickly.
I totally recomend Mochahost.
